Turnerarc was engaged by Artesian Hospitality to assist with the consultation, design, delivery and installation of the Shading Systems for Cali Beach Club – Australia’s largest day & night entertainment precinct located on the Gold Coast.
The project started with product selections, where we worked closely with the client to refine the brief. Upon project commencement, Turnerarc managed the project and third-party service providers until completion.

SCOPE: Motorised, Operable Roof Systems, Zip Screen, Straight Drop Blinds and large scale, custom-shaped oval Shade Sails to fill in aluminium frames.

Palazzo Versace

Turnerarc was engaged to assist with the consultation, and delivery of the window furnishings for this Italian Palace inspired foyer of the Palazzo Versace hotel situated on Southport Broadwater of the Gold Coast.

SCOPE: Automated, straight drop, wire-guide sunscreen blinds for the enitre front window section of the Foyer.

Wooloware Rd, Cronulla

The project started with design meetings and various product selections, where we worked closely with the Interior Designer to refine the brief and design documentation.

SCOPE: Roller Blinds, Blockout with Somfy automation, Motorised Sheer SFold/Wave curtains with specialised detail: 90 degree radius bends and splice joined tracks, Internal Timber Shutters, External Motorised Markilux Folding Arm Awnings with Somfy automation, concealed into the facade when recessed.

W Hotel

Turnerarc was engaged by the Designers to assist with the consultation, design and delivery of the window furnishings for this iconic 5 star hotel situated on the River front in the heart of the Brisbane city.
The project started with product selections, where we worked closely with the client to refine the brief. Upon project commencement, Turnerarc managed the project and third-party service providers until completion.

SCOPE: Motorised Sheer & Blockout S-Fold curtains and motorised roller blinds to 350 guest rooms as well as Foyer & Spa.

Sales Force Tower

Turnerarc was engaged to assist with the consultation, design and delivery of the automated window furnishing and shading solutions for the Largest Integrated CBD Development in Sydneys’s history.
The project began with design meetings and various product selections, where we worked closely with the Builder to refine the brief and design documentation. The project is due to be completed in the last quarter of 2022.

SCOPE: Verosol motorised roller blinds to 53 storeys (Sydney’s tallest building) incorporating Somfy automation throughout.

AUSTRALIAN TECHNOLOGY PARK

BUILDING 1

Turnerarc was engaged to assist with the consultation, design and delivery of the automated window furnishing and shading solutions for this progressive project emphasising open spaces and natural materials, with few fixed walls between work zones, open staircases and a huge central atrium with glass lifts shedding light throughout the building. SCOPE: Motorised dual Roller Blinds and Curtains with recessed, mounted tracks and Somfy automation, integrated into Control 4 Smart Home Automation, a perfect combination for this amazing beach front residence.

Burleigh Street House

Turnerarc was engaged to assist with the consultation, design and delivery of the window furnishing and shading solutions and managed the project until completion.

SCOPE: Sheer and Blockout curtains with recessed, mounted tracks and new generation Plantation Shutters throughout.
